Terms & Conditions
- Orders must be in writing and received by email.
- Our service to customers includes artwork designs and free delivery, provided the customer has signed off and approved the specifications, artwork at least 3 (three) weeks before due delivery date. Artwork – 4 (four) changes are allowed thereafter R250.00 (two hundred and fifty Rand) per change.
- All orders below 300 (three hundred) units and/or less than 25kg (twenty-five kilograms) in weight, will carry a R250.00 (two hundred and fifty Rand) delivery fee.
- Our lead times are 3 - 4 (three to four) weeks and in peak season 4 - 6 (four to six) weeks from date of deposit.
- Any changes to artwork, specifications and designs after it has been signed off and approved by our customers, will result in an additional admin surcharge fee of 2.5% (two and a half percent) of the value of the order.
- Printed colours may vary from the PDF document. If the client wishes for a matched colour, it is their responsibility to provide a Pantone reference or a Swatch to match.
- Discounts are discretionary and may only be applied in certain instances. We reserve our right to reverse the discount should payment be overdue.
- All goods remain the property of Extreme Wear until paid in full.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notification and subject to Rand/Dollar fluctuations.

- It is the customers’ responsibility to examine received order quantities, by our customers, from Extreme Wear. Should there be any discrepancies (including damages or faulty garments) between the Purchase Order, Tax Invoice or Delivery Note and what is packed in the box/packet, please inform us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of the goods.
- Failure to inform us will result in the claim being dismissed.
- Should the goods be delivered to a 3rd party on your request, it is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated 3rd party informs you or us of any discrepancies or damages within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the delivery in order to avoid the claim being dismissed.
- Extreme Wear will not be held liable for any delays with the courier should the client wish to overnight the goods. It is the client’s responsibility to book and pay for the courier.
- Any orders received less than 3 (three) weeks before the event will carry a 12.5% (twelve and a half percent) surcharge for production and any airfreight fees at the clients’ costs.
- Any artwork created by Extreme Wear remains property of Extreme Wear. Should the client wish to use the artwork elsewhere without paying a release fee of R1200.00 (one thousand and two hundred Rand) to Extreme Wear will result in the client being held legally liable and incur all legal costs.
